- Sipapu Ski and Summer Resort Venue - $1750.00
- Commemorative T-Shirt - $1000.00
- Catering Expenses
- Cater - $1000.00
- Bartenders (Cash Bar) - $90.00
- Sides and Ice - $500.00 (Pasta Salad, Rolls, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans)
- Beverages - $100.00 (Lemonade, Tea, Bottled Water)
- Dessert - $100.00 (Sheet Cakes)
- Miscellaneous - $300.00 (Plates, Bowls, Serving Utensils, Bags, Etc.)
- Steam Table(s) - $50.00
- Invitations and Prizes - $110.00
Children under the age of 5 will be free, unless a commemorative t-shirt is desired for a $10 fee.
